Kat is a UK-registered nurse and qualified coach, specialising in grief, loss, and relationships. Her coaching practice, Lost Words Coaching & Mentoring was set up in 2024 and is dedicated to supporting individuals and couples navigate life after loss has become part of their story.
Through language, communication, and coaching, Kat supports people to find clarity, strength, and their voice through the conflicting noise and isolation of grief.
